Returns & Refunds

Customer service runs Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. All emails received over the weekend will be responded to on Monday, or on the next working day. 

For a return to be valid, you need to register the return with us with in 14 days of delivery. You will then have another 14 days to get the order back to us.

In the event of a return customers are expected to cover shipping.

If the item purchased is not as described ie obvious flaws which aren't listed in the description or photographed please email showing clear photos of the defects, please also provide your purchase receipt and order number.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Any item sent back to the return address without an accepted return will incur shipping costs and a £5 handling fee paid by the customer.

Please note we cannot process any returns which miss the 14 day period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
interpretation of minor wear/ damage that will not be listed.
- Small wear and tear that does not majorly effect the look or function of the item when wearing ie minor thread pulls, small amounts of damage to the inside lining that cannot be seen when wearing and anything that is attributed to general wear in comparison to the age of the item.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
